Announcement of Appointment of Representative Director and CEO of Goldwin Venture Partners

Goldwin Venture Partners, Inc., the operator of Goldwin Play Earth Fund, is pleased to announce that Shiyo Takeoka has been appointed Representative Director and CEO, effective June 15th, 2026, following approval by a shareholder resolution.

Kaneda, who previously served as Representative Director, will continue to be involved in the company’s management as a Director.

Under the new leadership, Goldwin Play Earth Fund will continue to create new value in the apparel, sports, and outdoor industries through collaboration with startups.
